I believe you just came back from inactivity so i would vote no for now.! If you really want to become a sucessful [ATM] member i would recommend you to be more social in-game and chill with [ATM] member(s) and by stop changing names(just choose a statistic name).

So, i have to say that, i've never seen you ingame, maybe it's because of timezone xD (mine is GMT +7)
Anyway, your inpatient shows us your personality. You should improve that, do more than talk.
1 more important thing: Members can vote anytime they want, do not force them on doing anything.
