Well, we have members that can deal with races, DMs, even Mapping, we are looking for members that not just want to be in a clan, we want members that can make the difference.
Anybody is perfect we try to select the best members but sometimes we make mistakes.

It's Easy, you just need to Have the URL of the flag, and u just will add it next to the name.
Example.
You just need to do this on your post:
And you will have something like this:* (IMG)Flag'sURL.com(/IMG) Kenneth[M4]
///Comment//// replace the "(" to "[" and ")" to "]".
