He asked me if he can apply without having the 50 races won due to that he don't really likes the races, so why not? as you guys can see in our list we have 2 images who shows if a member is racer or dueler, he is dueler so it won't be really necessary for him to have the 50 races, that requirement is not useless but it shouldnt be a requirement for those who aren't racers, so pls, give your vote based on their dueling skills and in his behaviour.
