It depends of your usage. Windows is great for gaming and surfing on the web, Linux OSs are awesome to script and Mac Os is very good if you use it to design or create music files...

Windows 10 is good but it has too many bugs must be fixed, and it's great for Gaming. Also Windows 8.1, It's great for Gaming and until now, i've never seen a bug on Win8.1
