IRC Changes

Hi,

We made some changes to our #GamerX IRC echo channel.

People who join are no longer given voiced (+) status by default. From now on only Trusted Players will have voiced (+) status.

If you are not a TP you will still be able to chat and use the commands as normal.

What is the benefit by having +v?, since you can talk without +v.

before these changes , even normal players could use !tpm (chatting in tp chat via irc , which is not fair) also they could use !cd too!
