Update time!

Rick added a new Event and fixed some other Event related issues while I fixed a few bugs and added a couple of property teleports. Not a massive update as our time is limited by real life stuff.

The full list of changes is below:

GamerX v4.5.0 - restarted 3pm 18th December 2015 (GMT+11)
* Rick: Updated the /event command so players can join some Events after they have started
* Rick: Renamed the /setmyradio1 command to /setmyradio
* Rick: Changed the /setmyradio to not use dialog box (it caused problems)
* Rick: Added 2 new weapon combinations to the duel system
* Rick: Updated the /adddmteleport level 5+ admin command so up to 50 random teleports can be added now
(requested by Pirate)
* Rick: Updated the /setderbyvehiclehealth (/sdvh) level 5+ admin command so admins can specify a value
between 0 and 10000 (requested by Pirate)
* Rick: Fixed the "One Tower" Duel Arena bug where duelers were able to go out without losing health
(thanks to Golden_eyes for reporting, and BlancoLanda for his map)
* Rick: Added code to auto-enable vehicle collisions when a player join an Event
* Rick: Changed the map for the Fallout Event (TochA's old map is now replaced with a map created by Mertens)
* Rick: Updated the spec code so players can now spec admins and tps who are playing the event
* Rick: Added 2 new text draws to the Hunger Games (HG) Event to announce 'C' (pick an item) and 'Y' keys (open your bag)
* Rick: Added the /trashitem (/tit) command to trash an item from your Hunger Games bag
* Rick: Added a bar to show your vehicle health in the Derby Event
* Rick: Added a new Event: Last Squad Standing (A Last Squad Standing Map is a DM Map with more
than 7 teleports added with the /adddmteleport admin command). Read /helpevent to know more
about this new Event
* Added code to allow killing players on foot when you are in a Hydra in the /warzone (just like real
life bad things can happen during a war)
* Added the News Chopper to the anti-heli killing code
* Added code to prevent inviting another player to a race when they are in spec (now checks again after
you choose "Send Invite" from the player race config dialog)
* Updated the /properties (/props) command to show all of the props (added an extra page for /props 28)
* Added the /finalfuture command to teleport to FinalFutures house in Palisades SF
* Added the /pacifica command to teleport to Pacifica's Manor in SF
* Added the Halloween Holding Object Competition 2015 winners holding object set to the /ho2 command (last in the list)
* Added the /rhc shortcut command to load the Halloween Holding Object Competition 2015 winners holding object set
* Updated the /gift command so it works for 2015 (when enabled by an admin)
