11-12km, even the ones without contrail. I live ~150km from the nearest intl. airport (BUD) and there are a few flights that start descending at roughly this place. The Kiev - Budapest line worths a mention, as it's extremely rare but the plane that's approaching the capitol is flying so close that I could get a really good photo, even with this funny setup - I'm really looking forward to catch one of them.
