As far as i know that filterscript used to work on a/d servers before samp gets updated to 0.3z which comes with lagcomp enabled or disabled by server...

/stats only shows your own stats /tr id to see other' stats. and you cannot check someone's stats that isn't in game but you can do that on forums.
