[FIXED IN 4.3.1] /gipv in pursuits

Dragba was doing a pursuit with GoonerX and i used /gipv and it worked. /goto doesn't as it says: You can't use this command as this player is in a minigame.
/gipv should also be disabled when someone is in a pursuit.

Since a certain tps have ruined almost all my pursuits in the last 2/3 days by using /gipv either in my car or opponent's one and shooting I want to suggest /gipv to be removed for pursuits and not be able to be used just like its not usable when u try to go to someone that is in race. Simple as that...

I added code to disable getting in a players vehicle when they have a pursuit invite or are in a pursuit.

Please open another thread if you find it still works (Rick made the pursuit code and I was unable to test the changes properly).

PS The change will not work until the next update (v4.3.1).
