The bug is :
When you /shm and click "do nothing" , and then you /join a race or start a /pu , it paints the vehicle automatically.

and then you /join a race

When /join a race, your horn key vehicle mode will be set to Paint vehicle

This applies since GamerX 4.0.3

* Updated the racing code to specify vehicle modes during the race
(Fire = Add NOS, Secondary Fire = Open/Close Bonnet and Horn = Change Paint Colour)
