Next time that NPCs will be restarted by admins, will be fixed. It happens many times and I don't really know the reason, maybe some admin may explain it better.

Thanks but, you're running out of topic, Admins will delete this post for OFFTOPIC, i made this video IN THIS SECTION because i wanted to report that bug, and that bug was already fixed by Left, I know i made a funny video, but i wasn't making fun of GamerX and it's bugs, there are bugs everywhere. Sorry if this was not fit. i just wanted to report a bug

It's not a bug, it just always happen when there is vehicle control/bring hacker.
Any level 9+ admins can reconnect npcs and respawn all npc vehicles to fix this.
