CPU Process speed problem

Hello,

I've re-installed the windows twice and after doing some softwares, my PC usage remains 50-70 that makes me lag in the game. Is there any way to fix this stuff? It's really irritating.

When I end process one of the thing that eats usage, so then the other programme itself start eating usage.

Look at the Processor : 48% and Physical memory: 30%

Windows Logo (keyboard) + R -> msconfig

* services -> mark off programs that are totally not needed (eg, HP Printer Software update tool)
* launch -> mark off programs that are totally not needed (same as up)

But the programmes that are needed eating the same usage. What should I do?

Change ur OS to 64 Bit or use OS 8.1
and Wash all ur HDD sometime it also make lag (Back up first)
And depend on ur Drivers (Update them)
MY sugg:
Clean ur RAM
Change OS to 64 bit or 8.1 pro

Search MSconfig and go to 2nd option 》Advance》Change ur processor to Highest level (Restart must)

Install malwarebytes and run a full scan and let it trash the malware that is posessing your cpu.

Follow My Steps:
1- Download CCleaner
2- Click On Start > Type in Search RUN > then type msconfig > Startup > then Disable All and Choose the important programs only not all becouse it's eat from cpu
3- Run your game on a low config if you have low pc
4- Click on Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program Then uninstall any program that you don't want becouse some programs runs and you don't know you can find it on Windows Task Manager so Uninstall this programs that you don't need/use it, it's eat from your CPU.
