There's no specific command nor is there any system about clan except for clan chat. The only way you can make clan is by using a name with a clan tag which indicates that you're in a clan this is also the one and only requirement for you to use the clan chat feature with other players that have the same clan tag as you in front of their names.

You can ask help ingame for other commands. I'm sure you will not be ignored.
