Rank 5 in server

To go to rank 5 you have to kill 30 admins... So many players (even if they are pros) are still at rank 4 and cant go to rank 5... So to be to rank 5, 5 admin kills?

Just join /minigun3 the admins sometimes play in that minigame.

I don't think they want to rank up cuz Newbies even don't know what is rank. So as they play they would rank up but if ranking up is too easy then there will be no fun.

I have 77 admin kills, because playing /mg3 with a lot of players with admin Pirate. Doing events or minigames, you will get fast Admin Kills

Answer:

Because it can be abused for spam, annoying another player's screen.
And also a GameText announce like admin's do have glitch which can make most of online players crash/timeout.

To get rank 9, there are specified stipulations to get it which are stated in rank 8 textbox, type /rank to see them while you're in that rank.

maybe your friend achieved rank 9 before registering, after he registered his current stats have saved

It's not necessary to win races in order to achieve the next rank. For [example]: Your score must be 140 and your time-spent in game must be 40 minutes while no races won are zero.
