Races top10 change

So currently people can have more than one record in /top10.
What i saw in one race, was that breakdown had like 5 records, which feels a bit silly tbh.
I'm suggesting to change it, so that each person has one record per list(the best one obviously).

Sure, but with skipping making records with at least the current record position/time.
In english: if i've 1st record, if i played again that race, i won't be able to break any records because i'm already the first
