There is an upcoming parkour, bike parkour, truck parkour challenge mode. It's pretty much like a minigame but it is a challenge. Stay tuned for it on our next update

As Eliteus said the next update will contain a Parkour/Challenge feature. The tests started some weeks ago and I can assure you it will be amazing
Yesterday again I spent 3 hours on it to improve it before releasing it
