I have read your topic and I totally understand how this feels, if someone does annoy you , simply ask admins and tell them about it, don't disturb them while their duties but if someone really annoys you that much, rocket him, if you don't want to spend cookies you can easily take it from /m or from /ga in from the house upside, I just jump at their vehicle and they just boost, at this moment they are gone if they come back and use boost or driveby you, use /report id driveby or /report id car ramming with boost. I expecting some type of anti /f If person use /f then for next 5 or 10 seconds he can't use, so for 6 seconds I had a peaceful fight.

I think , you have got to suggest a cooldown of a (5-10) seconds for [/fix] command, it may solve this problem.

At least I get rid from car rammers for a 5 or 6 seconds.And this is enough time for me to kill player.
