I just had an idea, why don't we make 2 Application formats? One for DM'ers and one for Racers since not everyone could be interested on DMs or Races he can be a racer and not a dm'er and the opposite. I think we should do 2 apps types for Racers & DMers and update/increase the requirements to pickup the good Racers/DMers.

The Requirements for DM'ers :

1. Know fight in duels (2shots, cbugs and others)
2. Have more than 1500 kills (you can check it with /score).
3. Have 100 Hours in Game. (e can be exceptions)
4. You must not be in other clan.
5. You must read all clan rules.
6. You must have at least 150 duels won.
7. You can't apply if you have less than two weeks without clan.
8. You can't have different names.
9. If you have been in [ATM] Clan you may not post an application until 2 weeks after leaving the clan, this requirement is agreed by leaders from both clans.
10. you must have good behavior and fiendly.

The Requirements for Racers :

1. Know fight in duels be a good racer (u need to Break the record
of 10 race in gamerx server )
2. Have more than 1000 kills (you can check it with /score).
3. Have 100 Hours in Game. (e can be exceptions)
4. You must not be in other clan.
5. You must read all clan rules.
6. You must have at least 150 races won.
7. You can't apply if you have less than two weeks without clan.
8. You can't have different names.

Also, he got accepted without having 50 races won.

If the applicant does not have the 50 races won but he is really good at DM and have a good behaviour we shouldn't give him a NO because he don't meet that requirement, everyone is giving their votes without knowing who is posting, before giving your vote you should talk with the applicant and play some duels with him to see if he have the skill and the behaviour to join us, our clan have 50 members and only 6 of them are racers, there are some who also are good at races but they prefer the DM, Why there is a requirement of winning races in a clan full of Dmers?

I agree with Sir Bengi in this one we don't need 50 races as a requirment as our clan is full of dmers. Once a player as good behavior and mature of course he/she can feel free to post a app.
