How to Recover a Forgotten Password for In Game account?

In case you do not remember your password OR you have come after a long In-activity and you cannot remember your password of your registered account OR possibly you have changed your in game account password recently and you cannot remember your NEW password, however you do not want to lose all your STATS and Achievements, you can recover your password to re-gain your account along with its saved statistics and enjoy playing with it.

Firstly, you will be required to register on GamerX forum here http://forum.gamerxserver.com/register in case you are already registered on forum, LOGIN on forums by providing your USERNAME and Password. Once you have successfully logged into forums, check for the Password Reset Request as shown below





Clicking on Password Reset Request will take you to page shown




You will then see the (Sticky) YELLOW marked thread/post of How to request a password reset for your in game account?




Clicking on it will take you to the page showing the procedure of how to post a Password Reset Request
Where you will see the Format.




When you have read the instructions and format, Copy the Format and go back to the main page of Password Reset Request





Click on the button which will bring up Create New Topic page for you




Here you will be required to Enter a Title for your new thread/post in the box showing Enter Title text in grey colour. You can choose any suitable Topic for your new post. For example: Pass reset request, I cannot remember my password etc and in the rectangular box below saying Write something........., you will paste the format text ‘In game username: Enter you IN-Game name here’




Then click on to post your thread.

Once you have published your thread successfully, you are supposed to wait for some time for admins to check your thread and confirm your in game name you provided is yours and reset password for you.

If the account name you gave belongs to you, you will receive a forum PM from one of the admins where you will be instructed about your password reset. And you can enjoy your time in GamerX after your password has been recovered.
