Anyways how is that going to help players count, hm. Well server is losing players, there are not new ones coming because the game is old. Well lets make up any idea at all implement it immediately that will help. Lets also make old players unwelcome, by attacking them for trying to make sense of this new rule. Lets also kick someone for asking questions in the nicest way possible. Well I call that BS. I was kicked of irc from admin for asking question trying to start a discussion on tp chat about new rules. What I got is attacked by a few tp and admin who said talk to Left, don't spread your hate speech or something of that sort. Calling new rules nazi also gets you kicked, saying to another tp don't dwell on new rules ALSO gets you kicked. If that not fascist than I don't know what is. There is log in irc that prove my point that now admins will have a proper excuse to abuse players they don't like. Anyways I am too lazy to make admin complaints.

Purposely or not, you broke what you supposedly thought was a rule so don't chat to me about breaking this rule of yours.

Just stop, deal with the rule and know the limits, it really isn't hard to not look like an annoying, immature kid.

Clearly you must be lying if you say you heard everyone swearing...and even if you did pretty sure it wasn't anyone saying "I had a nice fukn jizz over incest porn" or anything immature. Again I repeat, you can even try going up to a random guy in a run down town like Brixton and try say shit like that, you'll probably be dug 6ft under the ground a week later or be in hospital (especially if it's an immigrant like you).

Anyways let's stay on topic, I don't know why you are making a big deal out of this when clearly you are not saying any good points to why this rule shouldn't be applied. Seems you just want an arguement going.

GX will never be as back then in the good old days, no matter how many changes you do. When I joined for the first time, I loved this server for the people that were playing, for the atmosphere they made, as they left and new people came, things that kept me on server dissapeared. For me, but just for me, most of new trusted players and admins made me going way more and more inactive. That doesn't mean this is the problem for the player count, this is why I personally don't join and stay as sometimes.

Browsed through this topic pretty quick, but I have a few things to offer...


I joined back around when GamerX was still in it's "beta" stage, where pretty much you were being offered a unique experience everytime you logged on - there were updates on a weekly basis, and a pretty awesome playerbase that gave you a sense of feeling at home. It's still home for me, despite playing on-and-off due to real life crap. Originally, there weren't any real published rules - a textdraw would pop up, pretty much specifying to not be a toxic individual, and have fun! Obviously, people would find loopholes regarding this and still harass/annoy people practically everday. This still didn't stop people from having fun.

The thing is, though, the rules that were posted recently aren't really changing everything - they're just in a more specific language so people can understand it; it's generally just more concise. As SA-MP continues to grow, shrink, or change it's just as important to continue changing with it! This community is one of the oldest out there, apart from Littlewhitey's and Partyserver; it grew to be just as popular. A small change in the rules isn't going to hurt anyone. If anything, it's helping people understand we're holding our playerbase to a higher standard.

Never have i seen an admin kick anyone unfairly..and if you think kicking a player because they were cheating, massive rule breaker, a troll asshole, irc spammer, an advertiser etc was unfair then i think that'd count as your problem. Nevertheless, you could always reach for "Admin Complaints" along with your valid proofs and arguments.

I'll lay out a basic logical perspective here considering the fact that i already left the community long ago.

Here, it just seems to me like the so called management can't even manage this situation properly and it gets to the point where the community is going nowhere and nobody knows how to act correctly according to the server rules anymore. At the start, people were joking everywhere at the chat, It was cool. We had new players to come along the fun and jokes as well. Last year, the ''n'' word was restricted and therefore the jokes and what people consider ''fun'' was limited. And with this recent strict rules added, the humorous sense of the players is most likely gone and if people acted like the mature/no joking type, it'll be considered as a hypocrite who doesn't act like his true self.

You see where i'm coming from? Nobody would know how to act in the server in order to get through anymore and it's driving the community slowly nowhere which causes the ridiculous low player count.

Here's how it's growing slightly: A TP jokes, any normal shit joke. An admin thinks he's badass and takes action for it, Trusted player goes on to complain and says admins are making the jokes themselves, admins laugh at the face of him and doesn't give a shit about his report, locks it and it's done. TP goes mad and leaves the server.

That's the same type of scenario which occurs everytime. It doesn't necessarily should be a trusted player but the same criteria is applied to most of the people here. Now i am not saying admins are the reason for that, but almost all the experienced people here if gets punished by an admin (Doesn't matter if it was reasonable or unreasonable), they won't back off, they'll complain. Most of the admins even if were right, would apologize and say it won't happen again. Which is good, but some of the admins bashes people who's reporting and uses words which can be looked upon from a trusted player/player's perspective as mean (Take Eliteus/Left for example), so then they leave the server.

That's the ultimate downfall for this community. It's true i left this server long ago but i just felt like nobody from those who commented here actually got it, so i decided to do it.

If we could only go back to the old times where most of the admins had a mature/strict but also funny type. It caused everyone to have fun and there weren't any conflicts at all. Back then, there was rarely any admin report except if it's some shit scenario. And that happens like, once a decade. Now, you would see an admin complaint like, every month, if not every week.

SPAWN points when logging in what happens you get blown away and there gone. not a great selling point. get some spawn point protecting in place meaning no weapons within in a radius of the spawn. if anyone trys to shoot a player in the spawn when there just out side of it get 3 warnings 3rd one gets kicked from the server.
Next swanoff shot guns are way to over powered to have 2 knock it down to 1. its too much of an advantage near a spawn point racking up the kills etc on a players stats

Anyways yes i do agree, not spawnkill just about godmode too it should be proper godmode or spawn protection not like it gets boombed by sawn-off or minigun and then they say "Godmode" "GOD" even the command name is weird anyways but i talked with rick once about it as far i remember maybe he said because we use some kind of timer or something anyways whatever it is it's annoying when newbies spawn and players just spawnkilling them etc they will obviously get annoyed and leave if someone is not aware of commands etc so yeah i do agree with Steph
if they will be having a 10 or 5 sec spawn protection they will feel free and yes (you should not get killed by minigun/sawnoff) same thing for godmode too for TPs/admins so that knifing thing which often people do like knifing admins and etc will be no more (its not a place of suggesting things i guess) but on the same time as step talking about the negatives yes it is a huge negative i also want that spawn protection and godmode etc should be stronger and not get boomed by sawnoff/minigun or something

With all respect to some admins,

I want to say something important.
Everyone knows me well here, Everyone knows what i did and what i didn't. So i'll be honest.
The main reason of why people left this server is the reacts of admins towards players, i don't mean any rule breaking or anything, i'll explain it.
"Some" admins in this server are taking this game very very very very very serious, they take it like it's the last thing will ever happen, not talking "bout rules here.
So when a player f*cks up with anything for once, Admins will never forget that, They'll keep mentioning it in every TP application he makes, and the player will never success at winning the admin's trust, and even if it's been a very long time, when you go inactive and then come back after months, Admins never forget your past, Even if you improve yourself. That's why some people gave up to this server,, i don't think that they even report hackers anymore because it's useless for them. (This doesn't have anything to do with cookies or goodies)
Well i have to say, The player is supposed to be given a second chance, Nobody ever doesn't make a fault at all, their not a human being, We all go wrong, That's why it's called "Life"
we all deserve a second chance.
I've to say that i'm not only talking about myself, Many people from here texted me on Social Media telling me that they left GamerX, and they told me the same reasons i gave above. It's about forgetting all the past and begin a new white and a clean page. Some admins don't know that, Yes, the player should be punished or warned when he breaks a rule, But it doesn't mean that he'll always keep doing that again and again repeatly, If you didn't notice, we learn from our mistakes.
Admins, You should trust us more, Not by giving us TP Status, But by giving a second chances.

I say that everyone in this server is just playing to get TP Status and unlock more features at the next levels (lv3+)
But for me, i'm just playing for fun, i have focused on TP status for a while, but when i noticed (After 3 denied applications due to the same old reason everytime) That i did something wrong, and they'll never forget, So i gave up, i join the game very very rarely, Not because i hated the server, But i'm being busy with Music Producing, Designing Missions in GTA SA and having fun in COD MW3..
