Why does [M4] members leaving???

Reasons are: Marisa said she will temp leave [M4] and will be back after 7 years.
ME (Stacked) temp left the [M4] because i dont feel like being in a clan at this time.
Dr.Error, i believe he did the samething temp left.

When i join ingame, well maybe will do the samething like Stacked and Doctor and i have the some reason to leave too (including this reason)

You're inactive a bit. I see you just sniping in events so that's not good mate just try to practice with other guns work on your c-bug and 2shots and be more active Ask Bengi or Twitch for racing skills.

It is a bug exploit in which a player switches from his sawn off to another gun and back to sawn off between 2 shots fired to avoid reload and shoot without the reload animation.

"M4" its just because the weapon, M4 doesn't means any name or something, its just the weapon

Well, we have members that can deal with races, DMs, even Mapping, we are looking for members that not just want to be in a clan, we want members that can make the difference.
